I have experience supervising Masters and Doctoral level clinicians in graduate training and post degree while working toward licensure. Supervision is a dynamic and collaborative process that involves skill development, as well as understanding ourselves as part of the clinical dynamic while developing our own clinical style. I use a developmental approach to supervision that is tailored to where you are in your professional development and your goals for training.
