Rates

Out-of-network:

My fee for the initial intake session and ongoing 50 minute individual therapy sessions is $200. If you have an out-of-network insurance provider, I can provide you with a superbill for your insurance provider. See the drop down box for questions to ask your out-of-network insurance provider.

Sliding Scale:

I offer a select number of sliding scale fee slots determined on an individual basis. Please contact me about my current sliding scale availability.

Insurance

I am credentialed and in-network with Aetna, Kaiser (Colorado), Select Health, Quest Health and Carelon insurances.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

Payment

I accept cash, Venmo, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment via credit card will include a small fee, which is charged by Stripe.
