My Approach

My therapeutic approach centers relationship, curiosity and respect. My style is warm, while also being direct and authentic. I deeply value the things that make us unique and I strive to create a culturally respectful, inclusive, experience that honors diversity for each person I meet with. As part of the queer community, I understand the importance of having respectful, inclusive care that represents all parts of you.   

We currently live in a culture that is practically bursting with convenient AI tools, TikTok videos on coping skills and relationship advice, and an abundance of quick and easy solutions to modern day problems. It’s very tempting and completely natural to want a quick outcome or “fix” through therapy. I can personally relate to this. While I can’t promise that therapy will be a simple and quick “fix,” I can assure that if you are willing and engaged in the process, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships and the way you move through the world. Therapy is a dynamic, engaged, collaborative process that is tailored to each person and their values and goals.
